So I was doing a once-over today, just retightening any bolts that might need it...(s/c support bracket etc.) When I was taking the belt off I kept hearing this rattle...and it only happened when I'd touch the belt...so I tapped the pulley on on the charger and that's where it was....when you tap the pulley you can hear the turbines or whatever the things are called that spin in there rattling together...I don't remember it doing that when I put the whole thing together? Is this OK? Is it lacking oil?

Has it leaked oil? Anyways that wouldnt cause the rattling. Check your support bracket.
