Ok... bought time my car starts acting like a Hyundai.

In first through third gear, when I shift (6spd) theres is a small aqueaking noise, along with a burning oil smell.
That is about as specific as I can be on this.
My clutch feels fine, shifts are smooth, it just makes noise and smells.

I wanna say the rear main is leaking oil onto my clutch.
The clutch heats up and burns off the oil, and when I engage it the oil is causing the squeak.

Before I dive into it that way, anyone else ever had this issue?

I don't know. I have a squeak when shifting the lower gears, but it is my belt. Can you tell exactly where it sounds like it is coming from? Is your trans oil level low. You got me wondering if I might have a problem, as my tranny fluid was low a while back but I have no leaks.

No, fluid wise everything is where it should be.
It makes a squeaking from the clutch, and a smell of burnt oil.
Not a burnt clutch disc smell, but its distinctly oil.
My oil was low a half quart when I changed it friday, and this started yesterday.

Under hard driving my clutch makes a screech sound shifting into 3rd gear. But I have no smell. Did you buy an extended warranty with you car?
