You can buy it on rockauto for kind of cheap but it's an expensive process.

250$ for the bumper
150$ to get it painted
200$ for the fog lights
50$ for the mesh inserts

Roughly 650$

ohh I also forgot 50$ for new wheel well's the older wheel wells don't fit the new bumper.

Hey dude I came across this...... Looks like a pretty good deal if you have somebody to paint the bumper for you. Some people say the low price is sketchy but it is a recycled bumper which doesn't necessarily mean its bad. Limited supplies so jump on it!

They have everything from pontiacs to Lambo's there, so finding a tib bumper should *fingers crossed* be easy

Yeah I ran into that problem the 04's don't line up towards the front of the bumper.
